PCS is a Construction Management/Construction Services company established in 2017. We are an 8(a) Small Business Minority Owned company. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a quality product and performance. Our team is built on experience and understanding of the construction/contracting system providing added value to our customers by having the confidence & ability to work through all obstacles that may occur. We strive to turn out construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Paradigm Construction Services manages numerous projects which range from new ground up buildings, additions, renovations, road, engineering, high security and even floating islands designed for water filtration. Our many specialties include the following:

Engineering

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, Civil, Fire Alarm & MNS, Design Build Service

Construction

Structural (foundations and structural steel), HVAC new install, repair & replace (including C.R.A.H. Units, climate control for simulator bays, specialty systems), Boilers, Chillers, Controls, Electrical (complete systems install, below and above ground), full Communication systems, underground & indoor Plumbing, Site Work, Asphalt, Flooring, Roofing, all Finishes, Road and Parking Lot

Special Construction

High Security SCIF & SAPF meeting ICD/ICS 705 Spec requirements, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm & Mass Notification systems, VESDA system, Airport Tarmac concrete panel demo & install, Asbestos & Lead Abatement, Electrical systems for Simulators
